Purchase of Application Form
● Ask for an application form.
● On-line or at the bank payment.
Documentation
ORIGINALS:
● General data sheet with complete information and recent ID size photograph (It is handed to be filled out when purchasing the application form).
● Signed registration and tuition instruction stub.
COPY:
● Birth Certificate
● CURP
● Certificate or Proof of studies (if coming from another country or state).
FOR HIGH-SCHOOL, IT MUST ALSO BE SUBMITTED:
● Academic record if the application for admission is from second to sixth semester.
IN THE EXCLUSIVE CASE OF PRESCHOOL:
● Being the age required by the Secretary of Education of Guanajuato.
Evaluation and Results (Online or Face-to-Face Modality).
● English diagnostic evaluation (except for Preschool).
● Skills and personality test.
● Interview with parents for Preschool, Elementary School and Junior High School
● Interview with the student for Junior High School and High School.
The results will be delivered to parents within two business days after the evaluation, in the corresponding section. It is essential to have received the complete documentation to deliver the results.
Enrollment
REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT: It must be made within fifteen days after the delivery of results.
Once the student is enrolled, the following documentation must be presented at the corresponding school control in their section, from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm.
● Certificate or Proof of studies (if coming from another country or state).
● Medical certificate that includes blood type and eye exam, indicating if there is any allergy to medications or food, issued by an official or private institution.
● Letter of non-debt issued by the private institution of origin.
●Proof of transfer if the admission is when the cycle is already started.
●Signed stub of the Coexistence Norms or rules.
FOR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL, THE STUDENT MUST ALSO SUBMIT:
● Certificate of regularization exam (if an extraordinary exam has been taken).
FOR HIGH SCHOOL FROM THE SECOND TO THE SIXTH SEMESTER THE STUDENT MUST ALSO SUBMIT:
● Partial Certificate of studies.
● Equivalence, for those who are incorporated to another dependency.
● Revalidation, for those who studied abroad.
